I usually review really rarely as I buy a lot online and have very little time. I originally bought UV varnishes from a German retailer for around €10-15 per varnish and had constant problems, they just fell off, got stuck with them everywhere etc. Thought it was me...but NO! THANK YOU JOOM! The nail polishes are just awesome, lasts for two weeks, doesn't get stuck, doesn't fall off, just great and that for this price! I have already advertised so that three of my friends have also shopped here! By the way, shipping took about two weeks! Awesome, would give 10*!

One has arrived broken 😞, luckily it was in a bag and everything hasn't gotten dirty. *update* I have spoken with customer service and they have refunded me the full amount of the order without problem, so I will buy it again 😊

The bottles were not closed properly and leaked completely. Hi. So far I haven't received an answer. What's next?? How can I send the bottles back??
