Directions: For best results, use as soon as you first feel symptoms of a cold and continue until symptoms have completely subsided. Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet at the start of symptoms. Dissolve the entire tablet in your mouth. Do not chew. Do not swallow. Repeat every 2-3 hours, not exceeding 7 tablets in 24 hours. Take until symptoms resolve. To prevent mild stomach upset, do not take on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Do not consume citrus fruits or juices for 30 minutes before or after use. Drink plenty of water if you feel thirsty. Children under 12 years of age: Consult a doctor before use.
