How to Use
To drink as a tea, pour 8 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp of the herb, cover, steep for 3-5 minutes, strain, and drink immediately.
Caution
Valerian may enhance the effects of some sedatives, so use with caution if taking tranquilizers, benzodiazepines, or other tranquilizers.
