[Usage Instructions] 1. Lift the eyelid lightly with your finger and hold the eyeliner upright, drawing a line between the eyelashes. 2. Next, draw the line from the outer corner towards the center. 3. Then, connect the line from the inner corner to the center with another line. 4.
