Ordered a BURGUNDY one and it is tomato red. Too short sleeves, large in size otherwise. Thin fabric. Wrong color, ordered burgundy but it is bright red, thin quality. Want to return it. Then it's just been trouble. It's not possible to write to or speak with anyone at the company. But that's probably how they want it, it seems to be their business idea. Klarna has been involved several times but says I should pay for the junk. Or send it back, how am I supposed to do that when no contact can be established?? Klarna believes there should be a return slip in the package but of course there isn't, otherwise I would have sent the junk back right away. Now the company has drawn out the contact with Klarna so now the sweater is several months old, so then the company can blame that it's been too long so there can never be a return. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Have ordered things before but then haven't needed to exchange and then it works. But returning doesn't work so I recommend NO ONE to order from this company.
