NO PLASTIC, ALL METAL HOUSING: There's no plastic in the ear monitors. These produce a harder, warmer, clearer sound. The EN700 PRO's shell is carved from a single piece of Series 7 aviation grade aluminum by machining on a 5-AXES CNC engraving and milling machine. The PRO version is well designed and very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The grille is eye-catching and the paint process is clearly outstanding.
Braided Audio Cable: The EN700PRO monitor headphones come with a 6N single crystal copper and silver-plated 400D DuPont Kevlar cable, so they look and sound out of the ordinary. The cable itself is just the right thickness and of good quality, so it won't get tangled. The lighter colors (silver and copper) are readily visible and the 8-strand weave makes it thicker than the original. It's lightweight, comfortable to wear, and most importantly, it doesn't come with a microphone.
