Product Directions: Stir with a Spoon: Gold Standard 100% Whey™ is instantiated. That means if you didn't bring your shaker cup or don't have time to whip out the blender, just add one generous scoop of Gold Standard 100% Whey™ to a glass filled with 6 to 8 oz of water or your favorite beverage. Then mix with a spoon. Mix for 30 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved. Tip: Experiment with the taste of Gold Standard 100% Whey™ by varying the amount of beverage used. For a stronger, sweeter flavor, mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz of water, milk, or your favorite beverage. For a lighter, less sweet taste, mix 1 scoop in 8 to 10 oz.Shaker Cup: It's best to bring a shaker cup to the gym and get your protein right after your workout. Pour 6-8 oz of your favorite beverage into a shaker cup and add a generous scoop of Gold Standard 100% Whey™. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds.Blender: Add 1 generous scoop of Gold Standard 100% Whey™ to a blender filled with 6-8 oz of water or your favorite beverage. Mix for 20 to 30 seconds. Then add 1-2 ice cubes and mix again for 30 seconds.
