### Overview of the Camera Features
This product offers both WiFi version and 4G version cameras, each with its own set of characteristics and connection capabilities. Here's a detailed breakdown of the main features and how the two versions differ:
### Main Features
- **PanTilt Function**: The camera has a wide range of movement with a pan of 355 degrees and a tilt of 90 degrees, allowing for extensive coverage when monitoring an area.
- **Network Support**:
- **WiFi Version**: Only supports 2.4Ghz WiFi connection for wireless access.
- **4G Version**: Only supports 4G network via a 4G Sim Card (with support for 4G Band Frequency including B1/B3/B5/B8/B38/B39/B40/B41). It's important to note that these two connection types are mutually exclusive, and the camera doesn't support both WiFi and 4G simultaneously.
- **Lens and Resolution**: Features a three-lens setup with three screens, enabling you to view from multiple angles at the same time. It has a 12MP (4MP + 4MP + 4MP) resolution, along with high penetration lenses for high-quality imaging. Additionally, it supports 10x optical zoom. To use the optical zoom, you need to switch the video to landscape mode in the app as the PTZ lens supports this functionality.
- **Detection and Alerts**:
- Supports human motion detection and can accurately push APP alarms when motion is detected.
- AI Humanoid Detection is also available. When the security IP camera detects motion (if the relevant setting is open), the LED shows up. It analyzes visitors' body shape and immediately identifies humans, capturing any abnormal movements.
- **Recording and Storage**:
- Allows for automatic full-color alarm recording and has dual-light night vision for clear video capture even in low light conditions.
- Supports TF card storage (usable without network connection) and cloud storage (providing more secure video storage, though cloud storage may involve additional costs).
- **Communication and Control**:
- Enables two-way voice real-time intercom, allowing you to communicate with anyone near the camera from anywhere at any time.
- The PTZ control via the V380 Pro app lets you move the surveillance camera (with a 355° pan and 90° tilt) to get a broader view.
- **Night Vision**: Equipped with IR-Cut led lights that offer a night vision distance of up to 30 meters. The smart IR-Cut filter automatically switches between day and night to ensure high-quality video even during nighttime.
- **Durability**: Has an IP66 waterproof, dustproof, and wind-resistant rating. It can be used both outdoors and indoors, able to withstand various weather conditions like rain, snow, dust, and hot days. The cables threaded through the stand provide extra protection for reliable performance over time.
- **Multiple Users Access**: The IP camera can be shared with family or friends. They need to register an account to receive the shared camera permission and can watch the live video simultaneously via the phone APP.
### Package Contents
The package includes 1 x IP Camera, 1 x Screws Package, 1 x Waterproof Cup, and 1 x User Manual.
### Differences between WiFi Version and 4G Version Cameras
- **WiFi Version**: As mentioned earlier, it only connects via 2.4GHz WiFi. When setting it up, if you need to insert a TF card, make sure to do so before powering on the camera. Then follow the WiFi Camera Connection Guidance (refer to Step 1 to Step 6) to quickly connect it.
- **4G Version**: Connects using a 4G Sim Card. Before powering on the camera, insert your local 4G sim card (and also insert a TF card if needed). Then use the 4G Camera Connection Guidance (refer to Step 1 to Step 6) to establish the connection.
### How to Utilize Key Functions
- **Optical Zoom**: Switch the video to landscape mode in the app to take advantage of the 10x optical zoom supported by the PTZ lens. This helps in enlarging the image for a clearer view.
- **Three Screens**: There are 3 video screens in the APP. The upper one is the fixed position camera, and the lower one is the PTZ camera. You can click on a position in the video of the fixed camera that you want to enlarge, and the PTZ camera will move to that specified position, giving you a more comprehensive view of the monitored area.
In summary, whether you choose the WiFi version or the 4G version depends on your specific network availability and usage requirements, while both offer a range of useful features for security monitoring and communication.
